A curvy girl’s Half Moon backbend. I’ve had a rough couple of weeks, but this posture has given me so much strength, has helped me re-center, and has been such a release for negative emotions I’ve been carrying around.

My crow likes to perch on things. If you are practicing perching your crow up on a ledge (or any other object), consider practicing in front of your bed/couch. This way, if you topple forward (which we do from time to time, esp when trying new asana variations), you’ll topple into something soft instead of all the down to the ground.
