I just did this and what a great lower back workout!
This is great for beginners, intermediates, etc. Not a “yoga” video but I think yogis might like it. :D
If you’re in lounge clothes and not going anywhere - do it! 12 minutes. No weights. I would just suggest not doing it wearing socks on hardwood.

My Fitness
Good Mornin’ ya’ll!!! Woke up at 7:30 today & my mom calls me to talk for a bit. Then I get up & do my yoga. Yenno to be hoenst every morning I do it, I just feel so good! So much more energy & just happier!!! But everytime I don’t I feel so lazy, so unwilling to do anything! I don’t really know but I’d rather have that happy feeling in the morning.
So after work I got planned for myself is a run & lift weights today!! Yezzirrr!! #Leggo
Anyways I gotta get ready to make that bank! Rise & grind ya’ll & have a great day!!
