ahh yoga.
straight, single guys - yoga classes are full of women! i teach at a university that is mainly male and the girls outnumber the guys by like 5:1 in the yoga class.
edit: just a suggestion. If your down dog looks like the girl in the middle, bend your legs a tiny bit towards your chest, press your chest towards your thighs (get more weight in your feet and out of your hands). Then slowly work on straightening the legs back until you get a little looser. It’ll help you get to that nice V-shape.
