Regarding the last pic, I’ve been told to NOT put the block under the hamstring while you’re trying to stretch it. You should have a block under each hand instead. I’d love to hear other people’s thoughts on this.

A curvy girl’s Half Moon backbend. I’ve had a rough couple of weeks, but this posture has given me so much strength, has helped me re-center, and has been such a release for negative emotions I’ve been carrying around.
