get in a down dog. walk your favorite foot forward (make a little triangle with your hands) and stick that other one up in the air, put some weight in your hands, and take a little hop. If you dont go far, use that lifted leg a little bit. hopefully that foot pushing off the ground is extended forward so if you go TOO far, you can just pike back down.
