It’s not “bad” to feel angry. Some spiritual practitioners feel they need to stuff the anger back down … which only traps it inside you. Learn how to properly express your anger. Different strokes works for different folks so this may not help everyone. But the article linked suggests we “ride the wave” in the following 5 steps: Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow.
