This is Katheryn and she’s been taking Chair Yoga for 2 years! Fitness and community! I am 96 years old and I live at Beehive Village (Assisted Living) in Albuquerque, NM. This is a picture of me in “Seated Pigeon”. I look forward to my chair yoga class on Thursdays because it has helped me get more flexible and I feel healthier. I also like yoga because I interact with the other residents during class.
