sennalee: well. she’ ll never see that i’ m posting this so look at her !!! we were attempting to do yoga in jeans at the pool and she can do this but I can’ t some people are just naturally flexible and their body shape and proportions lend them to do things like this with “ease”. i cant tell you how many times i’ve had a yoga noob come into class and pop into a one legged king pigeon pose like it aint nothin. and that’s why we say to do your own practice (ie, dont do the person’s practice on the mat next to you).
