totally did yoga with me today. She was stretching and purring along the side of my mat! Cats are the animal incarnation of love.

if you’re doing meditation, i wouldnt practice around animals. but at least a dog nose in your face is a sweet distraction!

This was totally my reaction when I walked into yoga today and saw all the people crowding up my class with their NYE resolutions:

I just heard about this type of yoga before I left for winter break. Bikram Yoga is (from what I heard) where you do yoga in a boiling hot room where you can sweat out up to 880 calories per session. That sounds so legit. Once I get back to school I am determined to attend a few of these classes. In my area, apparently it’s $10 for 10 nights. That’s a good ass deal! Releasing...
